BUY/SELL PHOTO GENERAL RULES

This page contains general rules and information about buy/sell photo in FK

For Seller:

1. Seller must agree and understand our Terms and Condition
2. Seller must fill their information form
3. Seller must provide at minimum 1600x1200 pixel or 2MP photo size.
4. FK would not able to sell photo, if seller could not meet the number 1,2,3 criteria above.
5. FK reserves the right to put valuation on the photographs sold through the gallery,not the seller
6. Selling price is more than Rp. 1000000, except seller authorizes FK to sell it at lower price.
7. Estimated price for rent and print (if available) will be lower than for sale.
8. The Percentage terms of selling photo in FK is 70% of the selling price is for photographer, 30% for FK, adminstration and salesperson.
9. If you do not agree with any of the previous points, please do not put your photo status to "For Sale".

For Buyer:

1. What will you buy here is publication right of the photo. After sold, seller cannot sell the right to publicise to anybody else, nor be able to publicise the photograph anywhere. The archive photo in FK is the ONLY exception and is not affected from this purchase.
2. To buy, all you have to do is click the "BUY THIS PHOTOGRAPH" button.

ATURAN UMUM JUAL/BELI PHOTO

Halaman ini terdiri dari aturan umum dan informasi mengenai penjualan dan pembelian foto di FK

Bagi Penjual:

1. Anda harus memahamai dan menyetujui Terms and Condition
2. Anda harus mengisi formulir informasi data diri
3. Anda harus menyediakan ukuran foto dengan ukuran minimum 1600 X 1200 pixel atau ukuran kamera digital 2MP
4. FK tidak akan menjual foto, apabila anda tidak memenuhi kriteria 1,2 dan 3 di atas
5. FK yang menentukan harga jual foto di galeri FK, bukan penjual
6. Harga jual foto adalah di atas Rp.1000000, kecuali bila anda menghendaki FK menjual dengan harga yang lebih rendah
7. Perkiraan harga untuk sewa atau cetakan (bila tersedia) akan lebih rendah daripada harga jual
8. Pembagian hasil dari penjualan foto adalah: 70% dari harga jual untuk fotografer dan 30% untuk FK (administrasi dan komisi)
9. Apabila anda tidak menyetujui poin-poin di atas, harap tidak menandai foto anda dengan status "For Sale"

Bagi Pembeli:

1. Anda membeli HAK PUBLIKASI atas foto. Setelah terjual, fotografer tidak dapat menjual kembali hak tersebut kepada siapapun atau pihak manapun, bahkan tidak dapat menampilkan foto tersebut dimanapun. Arsip pada galeri FK adalh pengecualian yang tidak akan mempengaruhi proses penjualan.
2. Untuk membeli, anda hanya perlu menekan icon/ tombol "BUY THIS PHOTOGRAPH". Sebuah window baru dengan keterangan detail dari foto akan terbuka. Anda harus mengisi formulir informasi sebelum mengkonfirmasikan pembelian anda.
